So we can give the most disk space and bandwidth for the price, we allocate the default amount of space and transfers to your account, while allowing you to upgrade to more space and bandwidth for free if you need more. That way resources are allocated to those who are using them, which allows us to keep costs low, which means better prices for you.

If we see that you are approaching the limits of your default space and transfers allowed, we will automatically upgrade your account with more disk space and/or transfers as needed. If you see you are getting close, or you know you will be uploading a lot of files or getting a lot of increased traffic quickly, you can request an upgrade by submitting a support ticket.
