When you create a web hosting account or register a domain name or purchase similar services, typically multiple accounts are created for you, frequently with different usernames and passwords. Here we attempt to explain the difference between the different logins and how to access them.
Website Biz Pro Client Area
The Website Biz Pro Client Area on websitebizpro.com is your gateway to the products and services you have purchased through Website Biz Pro. You can have multiple hosting accounts and domain names all listed in the same account for easy access. You would have one Client Area account, but possibly more than one web hosting account or domain name.
By logging into Website Biz Pro, you can do the following:
- Update your contact information
- Add additional contacts
- Make changes to your domain names
- Login to your Web Hosting Account cPanel by clicking a button
- View your cPanel username and password for each hosting account
- View your master FTP username and password for each hosting account
- View your invoices
- Pay your invoices
- Create and view your support tickets
- Sign up as an affiliate
- View your affiliate reports

Web Hosting Account / cPanel & FTP
For each web hosting account, a unique username and password is created. As mentioned before, it is possible to have multiple web hosting accounts.
You can use this account information to do the following:
- Configure your web hosting account in cPanel.
- Use FTP to upload and download files to your web hosting account.
- Use Dreamweaver or other similar software to create your website.
Your Web Hosting Account username and password is used for cPanel, FTP and Dreamweaver. It is provided to you in an e-mail when your web hosting account is created.
If you forget your cPanel or FTP login, then log in to the Website Biz Pro Client Area to find out what it is. You can also login to your Website Biz Pro Client Area and click the cPanel button to go instantly to your cPanel without typing the cPanel username and password.
Content Management System Account
If you install (or have us install) a content management system (CMS) like Drupal, Joomla or WordPress, these will have their own logins separate from the Website Biz Pro Client Area login and the Web Hosting Account login.
We can manage and reset your Website Biz Pro Client Area login and your Web Hosting Account login, but we typically cannot reset your Drupal, Joomla or WordPress accounts, since we typically do not have Administrator rights to whatever CMS you install.
Other Scripts
If you install forums, content management systems or any other script that requires a login, that is separate from any of the logins mentioned above. Make sure you remember your login information for these scripts, because we do not have the ability to reset any accounts created in 3rd party scripts.
